St. Austin Parish Parking Garage and Retail Center - Austin
The project site consists of approximately 0.4 acres and is located at the northwest corner of MLK Jr. Blvd. and San Antonio Street. Currently, a gas station occupies the site. The proposed development consists of a 6-story parking garage with an estimated 4,200 to 10,000 square feet of retail space. The objective of this proposal is to prepare a set of construction plans (Site Development Plan) for the grading, drainage, water and wastewater improvements for the subject tract.

Texas Village Hotel - Austin
The project site consists of approximately 2.42 acres and is located at 3013 IH-35 (east of IH-35). The proposed development consists of one 3-story building (hotel development) and the associated parking, drainage, water and wastewater improvements.
